A full tiled roof restoration includes the following steps
- Replace all cracked tiles
- Clean Gutters and Re-direct downpipes
- ensure all surrounding objects are removed or covered to prevent getting damaged
- High Pressure clean all dirt, Moss and Lichen from the roof.
- Remove necessary ridge caps
- Re-bed necessary ridge caps where required and
- Re-point all Ridge Capping with flexible pointing
- Apply moss inhibitor coat to kill bacteria in the tiles
- Apply Primerbond coat to waterproof your roof
- Apply Two Membrane coats in your choice of colour
- Apply Membrane colour coat on all valleys, flues and flashings
- Coat 5 spare roofing tiles
- Full clean up of job site
- Inspected upon completion by our qualified inspector
